SHIPPING

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and delivery method. Please allow 1–3 days for processing, plus an estimated 3–8 days for Standard Shipping or 1–3 days for Expedited Shipping.

 

RETURNS

Please order carefully. There are no returns unless your order is damaged or it is not what you ordered. 

We can issue store credit equal to your purchase price (shipping fees excluded) if you choose to return your item within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure tags are attached, and the item is unworn.

Returned items must be: unworn, unused, unwashed, free of stains/odors, and with all original tags attached. Failure to meet these requirements will result in your return being turned away.

 

FRAUDULENT CLAIMS 

We uphold a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding fraudulent claims, including chargebacks submitted without valid justification. This policy is in place to protect both our business and our valued customers from potential abuse. 

Please be aware that if you excessively return items or submit unjustified chargebacks, you may be temporarily suspended or permanently banned from our platform.
